Ön valóban telefonált és jelezte, hogy sérülten kapták meg a figurákat.
Erre mi annyit válaszoltunk, hogy kérjük fotózza le a sérülést és a szállítói csomagolást és küldje el nekünk e-mail-ben.
A válasza az volt, hogy: "erre nem fog sor kerülni, mert nem akkora a sérülés mértéke, hogy annak bármi vonzata lenne és egyébként nem gondolja, hogy a szállítás során sérült volna meg a figura csomagolása".
Pontosan, a telefonban és most napokkal később az értékelés során mutatott stílusváltás miatt nem kezelünk reklamációt telefonon keresztül. Ezt az ön példája nyomán még tovább fogjuk szigorítani.
