One of the best webshops in the country. Wide selection and a very good pre-order interface. However, it is often terribly expensive compared to other places and discounts are quite rare. What was a big thorn in my side was that I was expecting one of my pre-orders for March, but it was delayed. It happens, no big deal, but finally after 4 months I wrote to them to ask what was going on. The product hadn't arrived and wouldn't. Then they cancelled my pre-order. At another webshop, they cancelled it automatically, I didn't have to ask around, and I got a 5% discount coupon. Here, nothing. Not even a few fan points.
