- The "reviews about us" and "product pages" are all reviews from real customers.
- The customer has the possibility to leave a review on the review page sent to his e-mail address after receiving the parcel.
- The submitted reviews will be published immediately after submission, without moderation and without any special authorisation.
- Subsequent moderation by the administrator will be carried out if the opinion expressed in the submitted review is not accurate. Moderation will not be applied merely because the review is negative.
- The customer has the possibility to modify the submitted review afterwards via our customer service.
- We use the unweighted arithmetic average method to sum up the reviews.
- At the end of the review, the customer can choose whether he/she wants to be shown "without name", with his/her full name or with his/her surname abbreviated and his/her first name written out in full.
