A leírtakat abszolút nem értjük, mivel a termék oldalán és még a kosárban két helyen is láthatta a termék kiszállítási idejét. Ha ott azt látja, hogy következő héten tudjuk kiszállítani a terméket miért várja azt a hét végére úgy, hogy azt következő hét szerdára igazoltuk vissza.
A rendelését kedden este(!) 7 után adta le, amit másnap, szerdán visszaigazoltunk és következő kedden önnél lett volna a termék, de a GLS-en keresztül átkérte szerdai kiszállításra.
