Easy to use interface, but I received my order in 11 days, which seems long, although I was interested to know that this was indicated in advance when ordering. Unfortunately, this escaped my attention.

It's a standard online order, the webshop is very easy to use.

The product is nice, but the delivery time was very long, although that's because they had my order transferred from another warehouse.

The site itself works very well. The 4 stars are because the customer service either doesn't understand my requests or doesn't express them clearly and I have to ask more questions than necessary to get an answer to my original question.

The order was completely fine, but the plush we ordered was slightly torn at the ear.
