I ordered with personal pickup, so I can't comment on the courier service, but the personal pickup was quick and smooth.

I was a little hesitant to order because the webshop was unknown to me, but the product I wanted was only available here. In the end, the reviews on their site convinced me, and I decided to order. It is true that here too, I had to wait for the product (61x61 playmat), but the company correctly announced this in advance. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase.

There was a quality problem with the product, mostly in the part covered by the packaging, so it was almost impossible to detect. I reported it after unpacking it, sent pictures. After a rapid response, 100% refund, no questions, no problems. Instead, they apologized. I think this is a 21st century webshop, I recommend it to anyone.
