I can only comment on the personal pickup order, because that's how I usually order. The store employees are nice, fast, and accurate.

My order arrived on time, the communication on messenger was polite and responsive. The superhero figure I ordered is also great, it will be a great Christmas gift! Special thanks to the Fanbase team for the little Christmas candies they hid in the box! I wish them a happy holiday too! :-)

The size was perfect for both shirts, very high quality, beautiful workmanship, and I was very pleased.
