I have ordered a lot from here and I had no problems until my last order. The package arrived undamaged, and everything I ordered was in it, but when I opened it, it was suspicious that the box of the statue had already been opened once. There were traces of torn cellux on the protective plastic of the statue. There were already fingerprints on the base holding the statue. The statue was undamaged, but they had smeared something on it, which they tried to wipe off, but it didn't really work. I would just be curious if a figure ordered the next day after its release could already be an unopened product... I was disappointed in Fanbase because they didn't even mention that they would send a repackaged product.
