They have seriously contracted with manufacturers that you can't find in other domestic webshops. Negative: My pre-order was delayed a lot, almost 3 months, but this is the supplier's fault. When I asked customer service about it by email, I received a response almost 3 weeks later. This is also rare, because they usually respond within 1-2 weeks. Tracking pre-orders is a bit difficult. In some places, it is quite expensive compared to other webshops. Overall, I think it is the best webshop available in Hungary.

Very good site, my order always arrives quickly. It happened that I ordered two days in a row, and one product had a shipping cost, and the other did not. In most places, I experienced that this happened to me and they treated things as two separate orders. Here they were so nice that they put the two products together and refunded the shipping cost without any request.
