My first order from them is not exactly small in value, but I am completely satisfied. Unfortunately, another company could not fulfill my order, so before Christmas I was very confused about where I could still get the gifts. Well, at FANBASE, the system said that it would be with me on the 18th. Well, I say it is very good! We'll see! It really didn't turn out any differently, it actually arrived on the morning of the 18th, less than 1 week before Christmas! Very cool, thank you very much, I will definitely order from them again because they seem like a very fair team! And as the saying goes, the first impression is the most important. Erre folyamatosan ügyelünk is és több lépésben ellenőrizzük a termékeket, mielőtt az a vásárlóhoz kerülhetne. A terméket viszont nem mi gyártjuk.
A szobor csomagolása teljesen zárt, amibe mi nem láthattunk bele, ezért lehet az, hogy csak a kibontáskor derült ki, hogy az gyári hibás/vagy a szállítás során engedte el a ragasztó.
A panaszra küldött kérdésünkre válaszában azt írta, hogy megregasztották a terméket.
Elnézést kérünk a kellemetlenség miatt és bízunk benne, hogy ennek ellenére örömüket lelik a szoborban!
