Positive: The interface is very good, there is an application, their pre-order process is outstanding. The selection is huge. They have seriously contracted with manufacturers that you can't find in other domestic webshops. Negative: My pre-order was delayed a lot, almost 3 months, but this is the supplier's fault. When I asked customer service about it by email, I received a response almost 3 weeks later. This is also rare, because they usually respond within 1-2 weeks. Tracking pre-orders is a bit difficult. In some places, it is quite expensive compared to other webshops. Overall, I think it is the best webshop available in Hungary.
