The first season of STAR TREK: PICARD ends with a Romulan fleet preparing to attack the androids' planet. The armada is led by Admiral Oh, who has a distinctive flagship. It was largely designed by the VFX team, but it has its origins in a pair of ships that John Eaves came up with for an abandoned sequence in which the Romulans attacked Mars.
