The "reviews about us" and "product pages" are all reviews from real customers.
The customer has the possibility to leave a review on the review page sent to his e-mail address after receiving the parcel.
The submitted reviews will be published immediately after submission, without moderation and without any special authorisation.
Subsequent moderation by the administrator will be carried out if the opinion expressed in the submitted review is not accurate. Moderation will not be applied merely because the review is negative.
The customer has the possibility to modify the submitted review afterwards via our customer service.
We use the unweighted arithmetic average method to sum up the reviews.
At the end of the review, the customer can choose whether he/she wants to be shown "without name", with his/her full name or with his/her surname abbreviated and his/her first name written out in full.
The product is expected to be delivered within the displayed date range.
We can provide the exact delivery date on the order confirmation.
Product statuses
Express if the product is immediately available from our central warehouse. We may be able to fulfill your order the same day either by in-store pickup or by arranging for delivery.
Available if the product is available from our central warehouse or one of our suppliers. Please always pay attention to the delivery time indicated on the product page! The ordered products are delivered as a package from our central (hungarian) warehouse.
Out of Stock if the product is not available either from the central warehouse or from our suppliers' warehouse. At the moment, we cannot provide information on whether or not it will arrive again.
Preorder if the product is expected to arrive at one of our suppliers.
For products under €80, no advance payment is required.
For products over €80, a 20% deposit is required (deducted from the balance upon pre-order)
A 20% deposit is required for all pre-orders over €500 (will be deducted from the balance upon pre-order)

In the event of cancellation of more than 10 pre-orders in the current year, the customer can only place their next pre-orders with a 20% advance payment (deducted from the balance upon pre-order)
