Buggy's boarded the Youtooz ship to turn it into his new circus playground! Sitting lazily at 4.2 inches tall, he relaxes in a red, green and white circus chair with his leg casually thrown up on the armrest as his chin rests on a white-gloved hand. With a large red nose sitting at the center of his makeup-covered face, long blue hair spills out the sides of his orange pirate hat as he's dressed in an olive green coat with a furry trim, striped top, brown pants and dark buckled boots. The exterior of his packaging shows Buggy sitting on his throne in the middle of a circus. While the interior sees a vibrant blue crashing wave sending white sea foam skywards in front of a beautiful pale yellow background, this design then flows onto the protective sleeve where his figure can be seen through the large clear display window at its front.
