Crouching at 9 inches tall as he readies to hop away using the large webbed feet underneath him, a thin cheery smile runs along his green amphibian face under a pair of round protruding eyes. With his back colored a dark green as his underside, arms and webbing are a pale yellow, a red tie with a black tire mark hangs from his neck.
